Villa in the South of Cebu

The Villa is perfectly situated at Casay which is a small peaceful barangay between Argao and Dalaguete at the south of Cebu. It is a destination for some of the tourists especially foreigners since there are lots of beauty spots around the area including one of the oldest church in the Philippines, the wonderful caves, Kawasan falls is also accessible from the location. There are also lots of beautiful beach resorts, and Argao is also a good place for nature tripping since you can do mountain biking, climbing, and trekking.
The Argao beach club is just few meters away which the favorite place of the former President Marcos was.
I designed the house with one of the best CAD tools and the target was to design a well functional
widely open, bright, house with big rooms and with separate living areas downstairs and upstairs.
The lot size is 1260m2 and its titled in the name of my wife Evangeline Hofer
It is a two- storey house and it was constructed on 2003 and was finished on 2004 with
6 Bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / Garage / 2 Terrace / Kitchen / washing area

The flooring area upstairs is 14 to 21 = 294 m2 not including the measurement of the stairs
The terrace in front is 48 m2
The flooring area down is bigger than up so all in all more than 600 m2
The size of the pool is 8 to 4

WE sell it fully furnished, with all new and modern designed furniture in good quality.there is a split type aircondition  in the living area and master bedroom, the kitchen is a modern electric European style kitchen.
The dressing room is also big wherein there is a slide for the dirty clothes.
